• ICE
What is ICE and what is its purpose?
ICE stands for Interactive Customer Evaluation. ICE is a web-based customer feedback system that enables
customers to rate service providers and their facilities. It generates an automatic email to the
service provider manager to tell them what is working well and what is not working well. It is most
useful when customer comments list specific services or employees who exceeded standards. Dissatisfied
comments are most helpful when they include constructive suggestions or ideas that are presented with
enough specifics to initiate positive change. Remember, the ICE program is not a form for presenting
employee or personal grievances. Such issues should be raised through the appropriate command channels.
• Army Community Service (ACS) survey
The Camp Darby Army Community Service (ACS) needs your help.
Thie link above will take you to an official Army Survey website, run by Cornell University, where you can access the Camp Darby
USAG Livorno ACS Survey. The survey should take about 15 minutes to fill out. The survey opens on Feb. 23 and be available for
30 days, until March 23. The survey is anonymous, and open to all active duty service members, civilians and family members.
When the survey is completed and results tabulated, the results will be part made available to the community in the Outlook and
Darby Digest. We at ACS will work with these results to give you what you want at ACS. (For more information, please call ACS at DSN 633-7084).
Thanks for your participation!
