The Plans, Analysis and Integration Office (PAIO) is the Garrison Commander's advisor and focal point for strategic planning and execution and operational performance management for USAG Livorno.

PAIO Responsibilities
• Promote effectiveness and efficiency of garrison operations
• Determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT)
• Develop responsive strategies and plans which support the Installation Management Campaign Plan
• Measure performance against strategies and operational activities
• Align resources to provide baseline levels of service and achieve goals and objectives
